We Do
Design
Fundamental to our approach is an understanding of how people in specific industries use their space, and the factors that can drive productivity. Our design solutions meet our clients’ needs in innovative ways, creating spaces that are both intelligent and intuitive. Whether you have 300m2 or 5000m2 to play with, we’ll find the best way to make it work for you.
Refurbishment / Maintenance
As well as designing and constructing new interiors, Kompass Group has many years of experience in building refurbishment and maintenance. From foyer upgrades and make-goods to end of trip facilities, we promise the same high level of Kompass Group quality on every project. Our understanding of assets and building management definitely helps these projects to run smoothly.
Pre-Construction
To design the right solution, you need to start by asking the right questions. For this very reason, we are involved in our projects right from the very beginning. Together with our designers, they play a vital role in understanding the practical aspects of a brief, from building mechanics, to heads of agreements. Always on the front foot, our team not only respond to your requirements, they’re able to anticipate them but they won’t go unnoted by us.
Our primary objective: to deliver maximum value for your budget, and to make sure even the smallest details are taken care of.
Project Management
Every Kompass project is placed in the hands of an expert team, led by a dedicated Project Manager. This key contact will be responsible for managing everything from budget and timelines, to the coordination of trades, ensuring you a seamless experience across the project.
Whatever question or query you might have, you only have one phone number to remember.
As soon as a client brief has been resolved, we establish a detailed programme, which sets out every key date and deliverable for the project. As well as allowing us to clearly communicate our planned approach, this allows us to prevent any cost overflow. Our clients can have complete confidence in how our business and sites are managed, knowing that safety, ethics and environmental responsibility are paramount.
Construction
Translating a design concept into a finished product takes a distinct skills set, particularly in the commercial environment. The Kompass team is experienced in bringing designs to life within the three dimensional space, and understanding the multitude of factors that contribute to seamless project delivery.
Our role is simply to make sure every detail of your plan is executed just as intended, maintaining the highest of building standards at all times.
